We believe the New Testament teaches that churches should be led by a team of male elders, and that's how we have structured Mercy Hill Church.
Our elders function as a team of brothers, loving each other, praying with and for each other, holding each other accountable, talking together, working together, studying God’s Word together, dreaming together, caring for and leading the church together. When it comes to decisions, no one elder has any more formal authority than any other.
